KRIT SRICHAWLACHAIRMAN AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER Krit Srichawla is the CEO of FICO Group of companies which undertakes diversified business ventures including commercial property development, real estate, hospitality development and operations, F&B, trading commodity and textiles, the distribution of many well known retail brands and the FICO Pattana Foundation. Born and raised in Bangkok, in 1993 Krit saw an opportunity to start trading machines from Switzerland. He was only 17 years old when he started the trading company, which he named it FICO. He holds an MBA from the American University of Hawaii. He also serves as the Chairman of Evolution Capital PCL. |
SANJAY SINGHMANAGING DIRECTOR Sanjay Singh has over 25 years of experience in project development and the hospitality industry. He has lived in Thailand for more than 19 years. Sanjay is a graduate of IIT BHU Varanasi, and holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in civil engineering. Prior to joining FICO group, he worked as the Executive Vice President with Capital Advisory services in Bangkok overseeing Lehman Brothers portfolio of hospitality assets in Thailand. Previous experience also includes various roles in the hospitality industry as Vice President of Compass Hospitality, and General Manager in the President Park Group. He is also the CEO of Evolution Capital PCL. |
VIKASH SOODCHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER Vikash Sood is a Chartered and Cost Accountant from India with 17 years of experience in the real estate and hospitality Industry in Thailand. Presently, as the Chief Financial Officer of the FICO group, he is responsible for strategic financial strategies of the Group. Before joining the Fico Group, he was the Asset Financial controller for all the Six Senses managed properties worldwide. His earlier experiences include Chief Financial Officer, Operations for Compass Hospitality and Financial Controller for President Park. |
